Great Site. Gigastudio is still a main part of my producrion.
I was still using Unitor 8 and after relocating, the midi did not work. I thought giga was gone. Well I purchased a midiman and it locks fine with logic.
I am thinking of purchading Chicken systems to make more gigs

I used to have a piano called Yamaha Genesis, it was a giga file and it was more than one gigabyte in size, somehow I lost that file but I can’t find the place where I’ve got it
years ago…. Do you know anything about this particular piano?

Hi,

I would appreciate help in where to download a General MIDI drum kit in gigasample format. I am using G-Player demo, and I would also be interested if there are other alternatives..In particular, I would like to see if there is a giga player that can respond to patch changes..

I play Yamaha styles, and upon loading each style it calls for loading the patches to use, similar to how a MIDI song is played by a MIDI player.

The G-Player does not respond to patch changes, unfortunately.
